Brokerage
Just RV’s now offer a “brokerage sale” service, for those wishing to place their RV’s on sale with the regions most progressive and professional American RV Motorhome dealership.
Along with our busy and highly visible premises in the heart of Lincoln’s main motortrade area, we offer a comprehensive advertising package, to include a gallery of at least 50 detailed photographs of each RV for sale, and highly trained and motivated sales staff who are knowledgeable and conversant with each and every RV offered for sale. We will also present the RV in the same way as we present our own stock vehicles, ie: interior soft furnishings, rugs, lifestyle dressings (bedding, crockery, towels, and household accessories), and any other items that we feel are necessary to give that homely and luxurious feel to the vehicle.
Our brokerage charge is capped at a maximum 10% of the final sale price (brokerage fee is subject to vat). This is subject to a minimum 3 monthly fee of £500, even if the owner withdraws the RV from sale (this fee is not charged when a sale goes through to completion) This fee covers our costs, including storage, advertising, liaising with potential customers, electrical hook-up throughout the duration of the sale, and maintaining the RV in “presented for sale” condition, including soapy/wax wash off as and when required.
We ask that any vehicle that is submitted for a brokerage sale, is delivered to us in a condition that the present owner would be proud of! We ask that all paperwork is present and correct, that there is a long MOT, the vehicle is taxed, and all personal possessions are removed prior to submission. We also ask that any defects or any items that are not working, are brought to our attention, so that any potential buyer is fully aware of any issues that may affect their buying decision. We also ask that the retail price is set at a realistic amount to ensure that the price is competetive and comesurate with the market conditions and trends.
If a vehicle is delivered to us for brokerage, and upon inspection is considered to be of an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the vehicle.
Finally, it is the owners responsibility to maintain insurance cover on their RV, and they are to inform their insurance company where their RV is temporarily stored for sale.
We have a fully protected and locked compound, that is flood-lit during the hours of darkness, and is covered by monitored and recorded CCTV cameras.
